Well, maybe the Klingons won’t make it here after all. There appears to be some evidence that cabling in the equipment measuring the speed of neutrinos traveling from the CERN facility in Geneva to Gran Sasso, Italy might not have been properly calibrated. If that is the case, perhaps Einstein was right. Nothing can go faster than the speed of light. Nothing conclusive, yet. We may still get to see Prof. Al-Khalili in England eat his boxer shorts.
